has minimum stipend norms increased?

Hi,

I have registered for service tax in ACES. I submitted the hard copy of declaration to the concerned service tax office. Now when I log in I can see my service tax registration number in returns section. But still I have not got the registration certificate by e mail nor by post. I have heard we can download it after loggin in. But no such option i can see here. Can anybody please guide me.

I am registered under the PE-II scheme and have completed my articleship.Am not able to attend the exams this Nov. Planning to write in May'11. The old course for final gets over by this nov. So, if we are writing in May'11, will we be automatically converted to the new course or is there any proceedure that we need to follow? Please guide.

I passed one group of pe2 and converted into ipcc.i have joined article training form 5 october 2010, can i apper in final nov.2011 exam if i passed rest group of ipcc in november 2010? if not then what are the process of appearing in ca final exam, if a candidate has converted form pe2 to ipcc?

This November I am appearing for both the groups of PCC. This is my second attempt i have answered group I in march 2010 and missed by aggregate 10 marks .This time i am prepared for group I but not for group II I have fear that i will get 10 marks in each subject of group II. Cause of this whether if i get good marks and pass in group I because of my poor performance in group II there are chances of making me fail in group I by the Institute.Pls Suggest accordingly I am Depressed.
