We are a Section 25 company. We are creating a University for Master's program. But before doing that we are conducting one certificate course of 7 days for the graduate, post-graduate and qualified professions in December and charging the course fees. Are we going to come under Service Tax Net?

CAN I TAKE TRANSFER ON THE BASIS OF FOR TAKING EXPOSER BECAUSE MY EXISTING CA FIRM IS PROPRITERSHIP FIRM AND NO ANY PARTNER,AND I HAVE NO ANY GROUND FOR TAKING TRANSFER. MY ARTICLESHIP PERIOD HAS BEEN COMPLETED 2YEAR

If i write only section no. in exam without sub-section no. Is it correct.Like section no 2(2) i write only section no. 2.

I passed by CA Finals in May 10. However, since i got a job offer immediately i joined the organisation without going for my GMCS.

Can anyone tell me is there any time period within which i need to do my GMCS or it can be done anytime when i feel. I know i wont be getting the membership till then.

I plan to do after a year or so.

1) I have passed CPT on Dec 2008 (125marks) but I didn't register for IPCC then.Now I want to register myself for Nov 2011 for IPCC.Am I still eligable for it?.

2)If I register for both the group of IPCC togather and it is not necessary to register for Article training at that stage & if I clear only one group.Then it is necessary to register for Article training. My query is if I could not able to find any Firm before the date of my 2nd group exam. can I eligable to sit in the exam?.

i m preparing for ipcc nov 10 and i havnt prepared much for that.i want to know that in this 7 days what should be mt strategy to cope with exam papers.pls do answer early.thx.

Can a CA extend the training after giving declaration of completion of training in the examination form like in examination form CA has given declaration that the training will be completed including excess leaves, if any, on say 15th Oct. 2010. Now can he extend the training now?

If yes, Pls let me know that whether it is mandatory to serve the extended period of training under the same employer.
