pls tell me what's the minimum duration in which cs can be completed? when practicle training is to be pursued either during the course or after the course and what's the duration of the course? pls also tell me where I can pursue ph.d. from (in income tax)?? thanks!!

CS course minimum duration after Graduation is 2.5 years
phd. in Income tax is not offered by any university in India in my best knowledge but outside india i am not sure
