Again the clarity in my query which i asked earlier [TDS on debit note].
One of my subsidiary company person coming thru flight and attending meeting for my company. He is claiming the travelling expenses in total as a debit note along with supportings without any additional charges but he is making service tax 10.3% in the same! now my question is whether i have to charge TDS for this or not?
And also TDS on Reimbursement of Expenses are applicable or not??

in the material they have given 1-[5000/105000]*1/10 . in the scientific calculator we get the answer 26.247 % pc directly . but since scientific calculators are not allowed in cpt . can anybody suggest me the alternative method ?

My client is booking purchase at the rate provided by CBEC for bill of entry for home consumption. which is wrong but how to explain him, and what would be right rate of exchange for booking purchase. any substaintial material to prove that wrong and to show right procedure?
