I cleared my CS executive in June 2009 and am giving CS professional exams in June 2011. I want to know the procedure for 15 months training and whether ADP/TOP are required before starting the 15 months training.

I HAVE COMPLETED 2 YEARS AND 2 MONTHS OF TRAINING AND HAVE GIVEN PCC IN NOV 2010.BUT ACCORDING TO ELIGIBILITY FOR FINAL NEW COURSE IS THAT I SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED 2.5 YEARS OF TRAINING BEFORE GIVING FINAL EXAM.SO WILL THIS CLAUSE APPLY IN MY CASE AS WELL?WILL I BE ABLE TO GIVE FINAL EXAM AFTER COMPLETING 2.5 YEARS OF TRAINING? I M GETTING DIFFERENT ANSWERS FOR THE SAME QUESTION ,I M REALLY CONFUSED.I'LL BE HIGHLY GRATEFUL TO U IF U CAN PLEASE TELL ME EXACTLY IN DETAIL THAT WHETHER I CAN GIVE FINAL EXAM AFTER 2.5 YEARS OF TRAINING OR NOT?AND IF NOT THEN WHEN CAN I GIVE?PLEASE TELL IN DETAILS.

i have heared that in order to claim exemption in second group in any subject first of all u need in all the papers of that gruop atleast minimum 30 marks and above to claim exemption for that paper. is that correct . do suggest and reply

TO join industrial training one has to clear PCC am i right but suppose he has not cleared PCC and in his last 12 months he wanted to go for industrial training as he has good practical experience in audit,accounts,tax ,vat,sales tax,return filing,roc fiing and other various returns . So can he join industrial training

Shifting of registrar office from one ROC to other ROC with in same state for a private limited company with clear procedure

Again the clarity in my query which i asked earlier [TDS on debit note].
One of my subsidiary company person coming thru flight and attending meeting for my company. He is claiming the travelling expenses in total as a debit note along with supportings without any additional charges but he is making service tax 10.3% in the same! now my question is whether i have to charge TDS for this or not?
And also TDS on Reimbursement of Expenses are applicable or not??

WHICH IS BEST OPTION CA or CS?
I WANT TO KNOW CAREER PROSPECTIVE/SCOPE OF BOTH THE COURSES.
