12 January 2011 TO join industrial training one has to clear PCC am i right but suppose he has not cleared PCC and in his last 12 months he wanted to go for industrial training as he has good practical experience in audit,accounts,tax ,vat,sales tax,return filing,roc fiing and other various returns . So can he join industrial training

please let me know

one of my friend is facing a similar problem
