I registered for CS on 28th Feb 2011 and wil be appearing in December.my articleship is getting over on 30th july 2011... i want to know whether i should fill Form 112, as i wil be appearing for CS after completing my articleship...

1. We have short billed the sales invoice. The GR/PP forms have been filed with bank. My query is :
1. How can we recover the extra amount that remained to be recovered. Can we raise Debit notes for difference in values ? Can we issue fresh invoice and cancel the earlier invoice ?
2. What is the time limit within which the above matter needs to be addressed.?
3. Is there any maximum ceiling or percentage upto which Debit notes can be prepared ?
3. What are procedural matters to be kept in mind ?
4. Would the reply be different if the proceeds are already realised ?

pls help me in classifying Accounts topics based on Importancewise. I am fully confused with how to prepare for may 11 exams. i am writing CA Final exams from past 4 attempts but i am getting very low marks only in this paper. pls suggest me how to prepare for exams within 1 month. I had cleared Professional Programme in this Dec'10 exam. I had attended Seminar for ADP/PCH hours. Now, where to view the details of hours credited to me. There is no details in student section on icsi.in

I have passed IPCC group 1. Now, i want to join articleship, but i am very very confused about it. Please help me regarding:

1. Should I do articleship from my home town Ludhiana or Delhi (i can move to Delhi easily)

2. With what kind of firm should I do articleship.....small or medium or big?

3 .how can I know that a firm is small or medium or big?

4. If I am not satisfied, can I take transfer in 1st year. what if principal doesn't sign the relevant forms??

Hey friends and seniors i just wanted to know from where i can refer the new syllabus which is amended i.e. chapter number 1 and 2 for the subject IT of PCC/IPCC.

I really am not wishing to buy a new module.

If some one has prepared some kind of notes of the new amendments please help me out with the same. Thanks and awaiting for the reply.

then what are the Consequencies and how to resolve it????

Please tell me that when will be my Ca Final Exam is due I had started my artclshp on 1ST march 2010.But some dtudents are saying that my exam will be due in may 2012 . I am really confused that
