B.Com regular along with CA Articleship

26 March 2011 If a Student is persuing regular B.Com along with CA, during Articleship and didn't fill Form No. 112,
then what are the Consequencies and how to resolve it????

26 March 2011 First of all you can`t do regular degree when your doing Article ship..You can do distance degree and you need to submit has early form 112...

26 March 2011 Or else u need to prove that my degree college timings n artices timings are not contradictory.
Like my degree timing is 8 to 11 n then only i will go for my articles.

26 March 2011 There is no regualar degree will be possible along with your articlehip period.. only you can learn by distant or private ...

26 March 2011 Yes u can do regular B.com if you follow the procedure explained by sudhakar ji.
Many of my juniors are doing the same.
But you have to fill Form No.112 as explained by Balu ji.
