Urgent!

M a CA Final Student. Presently, continuing my extension of articlshp training. I filled d May 2011 xam form stating dt my extension expires on 30th sept.(as per lettr issued by Institute only) i.e. before 30 oct criteria for 3.5 yrs training. I also got d admit card, n now d PROBLEM is I received 1 more lettr frm instute saying I need to sent them my status of Articleship as on 1st May. N as I ws appearin for xams, I took leav which wil lead to further re-extention! i.e. may be exceeding 30th october criteria. Now, m I eligible for xams if I exceed d criteria (wil be submittin lettr for re-extension on 30th september) bt till then i wil b eligible upto 30th sept na???
M i eligible for this May? Pls help. Just 6 days to go, els they wont pass my result of May 2011.

what is the fees of GMCS?i have heard that its 50000 but an expert has replied to some one that its Rs 4000, is it true that the fees is 4000?
can a CA final student do GMCS or do we need to clear CA final for this?
is GMCS a residential course of 3 months?
is it organised throughout India?can we select the center at our ease?

I had changed my correspondence course from Bcom(Hons.) to BCom(pass) and had deposited with ICAI a letter stating the details about change in my course along with DU fee receipt, this whole thing happened about 2 yrs back and i thought that ICAI would have incorporated this change in their records. But yesterday one of my friend told me that ICAI might not have incorporated these changes as i have not received any letter from ICAI showing that they received my letter and had made the necessary changes. Could you please tell me what should I do now?
