does form no. 107 needs witness of any third party... form is so confusing

I heard that PCC Exam will be discontinue after Nov. 2011.

So would be happen with Students of PCC?

If a member does not wish to practise as a CA and he is not holding COP, then CPE hours provisions are applicable to him or not? I mean is he required to attend seminars of CPE hours compulsorily like members holding COP ?

I HAVE TAKEN 2 MONTHS OF EXCESS LEAVE FOR WHICH I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID STIPEND.

NOW MY CA WANTS ME TO WORK FOR THIS EXCESS 2 MONTHS AFTER MY COMLETION OF ARTICLE SHIP.

DO I HAVE TO WORK WITHOUT STIPEND FOR THIS 2 MONTHS????? THAT MEANS I HAVE WORKED FOR WHOLE 3.5 YEARS BUT PAID FOR ONLY 3 YEARS & 4 MONTHS.

in Form 107 it is written that form 107 alongwith form 108 for the period already served shuld be sent to reach the institute within 60 days. But some people r sain that form 108 is to be deposited within 30 days. I m not abl to understand whthr it is 30 or 60 days. Pls help me out

I have filled Form 108 in time.
But because of overwritting Institute asked to File the same again. So whether should I file that condonation letter with late fees or just to file the Form 108 again without any other formalities. Please give me rly as early as soon.

Hi, I would like to know whether there has been any change in the syllabus or topics of ca final costing since the year 2008 till date. Actually i have taken notes of a friend who had taken coaching from sanjay aggarwal sir in the year 2008 and my attempt is due in nov 2011. Really want to know whether these notes will be relevant for studying or not? Plz reply urgently.
