SIR,
I HAVE TAKEN 2 MONTHS OF EXCESS LEAVE FOR WHICH I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID STIPEND.
NOW MY CA WANTS ME TO WORK FOR THIS EXCESS 2 MONTHS AFTER MY COMLETION OF ARTICLE SHIP.
DO I HAVE TO WORK WITHOUT STIPEND FOR THIS 2 MONTHS????? THAT MEANS I HAVE WORKED FOR WHOLE 3.5 YEARS BUT PAID FOR ONLY 3 YEARS & 4 MONTHS.

u shuldnt work for these two months excess without payment of stipend. Bt wht can b done. Most c.a exploit their articles due lack of awareness among articles.
