In the FY 2008-09,one of my client was subject to tax-audit u/s 44AB.He filed the return accordingly.In the FY 2010-11,during assessment,the AO found from 26AS,an Income of Rs.5,00,000/- was not accounted for in the books of accounts related to FY 2008-09.He issued Notice U/s 148 & 147.(Income escaping assessment).My query is:
1.How it will be treated ?
2.Can a Revised audit report be issued u/s 44AB ?If yes how?
3.He has not shown escaped income of Rs.5,00,000/- even in FY 2009-10 & Filed the return.
4.VERY URGENT MATTER & need expert advice.

IN WHICH FORM (other than a PVT. COMPANY) A COACHING INSTITUTE CAN BE REGISTERED (WHICH IS NOT FALLING UNDER THE SERICE TAX REGISTRETION LIMIT.) THAT MEANS , ON RECORD HOW IT CAN BE RUN .

query1: I have cleared IPCC grp-1 and working in a company in jaipur and want to take transfer to mumbai big4's wht are d procedures and what all consent are required.. if i get thru big 4's also and i'm
not able to cope up as i have college n doin CS too will i be allowed to take transfer in some mediocre firms but it should be with in Mumbai?
and also provide me the contact no too... so that i can solve my query personally.

query 2: if i take transfer n join some mediocre firm in mumbai and then i want 2 join big4's will it be possible?
note:
1.Will all the transfers in mumbai (i mean more than one)
2.are we allowed to take many transfers with in a year but in the same city.
