IN WHICH FORM (other than a PVT. COMPANY) A COACHING INSTITUTE CAN BE REGISTERED (WHICH IS NOT FALLING UNDER THE SERICE TAX REGISTRETION LIMIT.) THAT MEANS , ON RECORD HOW IT CAN BE RUN .

A coaching class can be run by an Individual(i.e. by "Sir") also.
Sir can become the prop. and take on employment to other faculties.
Or
Form a Partnership Firm and take PAN No.
Applicability of Professional Tax Registration should also be inquired at the place where the institution is being opened.
It does not require any registration as such. It requires students and infra-structure .

There is no requirement of Registration. You can start it immediately. Nobody is going to question you (.....except the students....)
