i have completed my training of 3 years on 21st april 2011 n submitted form 108 on 20th may 2011 but on 21st june i have received a letter from institute that i have taken excess leave of 23 days. I m continuing under the same CA since then.My result is due to come in this july only..What shall i do??

As per the new notification of the institute that the pcc course registration is valid only for 4 years ,a student who had cleared group second of pcc course during these 4 years,and
by chance have to re-register after expiry of 4 years ,then he/she has to give both the groups or only one group which is not cleared?

I have completed my Ca article training in march 2011, but my form 108 is not submitted by my principle, and i think they will not want to submit the same, what can i do, can i directly ask institute to issue me article completion certificate?

One of Our client (Tax Audit Client) had filed his ROI u/s 139(1) for AY 2010-11.Subsequently in FY 2010-11 he came to know that he had transfered one of his propety in 2009-10 giving capital gain and which was not taken into consideration at the time of filling original ROI by mistake.Now my question is how to dealt with such situation ie. whether to show such capiatal gain in ROI of AY 2011-12 or Revise the ROI of AY 2010-11 originally filled on 30th Sept 2010 ie. u/s 139(1) if revision is made than what would be its consequensess on penalty Note : No Assessment for AY 2010-11 is bigin till date. please guide me.

I have just given my IPCC exams and waiting for the results.I am absolutely confused about where to do articles.

Is it possible to specialize in Management Information Systems during articleship? Which firms offer it?
If it is not possible during articleship then how can we specialize in that field?
