OUR COMPANY HAS RECEIVED SHOW CAUSE UNDER SECTION 159,166,210,220.SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO SATISFY THE ROC?

assessee wnats to revise ST-3 after 6 months of deposit date of ST-3

but time limit of revision of ST-3 is within 60 days.

what sholud assessee do in this situation

hello experts,
i will be giving my 3rd attempt of cs executive in dec.my qus is am i eligible for getting a rank in my 3rd attempt, as someone has told me in cs, one is eligible for rank in 1st attempt only,which is not the case in ca.
one more thing i would like to mention that in my first attempt,i didn't went to give my exam...and in second i gave only one group,though i filled for both.

I have completed my CA Inter in Nov, 2006 session. Thereafter, I got a job of Accounts and Finance Coordinator in the Govt of west Bengal. Due to work pressure and other reasons i could not appear for my CA Final exam.

Now, I m planning to appear but confidence level is very low.

Plz advise the way out to overcome my exam fear and boost my confidence.

i am a CA final student and would like to pursue CWA from the ICWAI. I have completed my articleship training. Is it necessary to seek ICAI permission to pursue a course even after articleship?

I am in bangalore &wanna apply for education loan for
Rs.2,00,000/- in SBI. But the bank is demanding me the "Attested copy of estimated cost of the complete cource". Further, it should be attested only by ICAI head/branch office & not by a CA. I kno about the fee structure like.,
¤ Cource fee - 42,450
¤ Provision for
laptop - 40,000
etc...................,

But, the problem is will the branch offices of ICAI, attest this copy for loan.....???

If so, please tell me the procedure for the same.
