Any form to be submitted after articleship?

i am a CA final student and would like to pursue CWA from the ICWAI. I have completed my articleship training. Is it necessary to seek ICAI permission to pursue a course even after articleship?

02 August 2011 If your articleship is complete as per the records of ICAI, then no need to send any form as the form 112 for seeking permission from Council requires the employers signature. If your articleship is complete, whose signature will you get. Even if it is not needed, but to be on a safe side, rather than filling form 102, write a letter to ICAI informing about the same. This will prevent any problems occuring at the time of membership.
