Rank in 3rd attempt of cs executive

hello experts,
i will be giving my 3rd attempt of cs executive in dec.my qus is am i eligible for getting a rank in my 3rd attempt, as someone has told me in cs, one is eligible for rank in 1st attempt only,which is not the case in ca.
one more thing i would like to mention that in my first attempt,i didn't went to give my exam...and in second i gave only one group,though i filled for both.
pls solve this query of mine.

for Rank one should satisfy the following conditions:
1. Clear Both Groups in one Attempt
2. At least 55% Marks in Both Groups
and if u satisfy the above conditions, You are eligible for the Rank, no matter in how many attempts u clear
