I have registered for cs executive during may 2011 ... so that i can write only one module in december... i have a doubt that whether to write response sheets for module 1 subjects or i have to write it for both modules to get cc certificate ... please reply me as soon as possible...Thanks in advance..

I got 169 marks in PCC second group. Now I have to clear first group. Does I have to score 150 minimum pass marks or can I get the benefit of excess 19 marks scored this time to make my total of 300 marks.

I passed pcc now in may 2011 and completed my three years of training. I applied for transfer of articleship to ICAI but wouldn't got any response from there till now. I want to give CA Final November 2011 attempt.

I am a CA & presently working in a bank as Manager (Advances). I have also applied for CS-Exe. Exam.

Please tell me the training guidelines of the institute.

In case i pass my CS Exe. Exam whether i have also required to complete any training program of ICSI.

It is not possible for me to take any kind of training for continuation of 18 to 24 months.

PLEASE GUIDE ME IN LIGHT OF ABOVE FACTS & ALSO TELL WHETHER CAN I COMPLETE CS IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.

Liabilities of Company “A” amounting to Rs. 100000 was paid by Company “B” on Feb 2011

Company “B” is owned by “Jack” one of the owners of Company “A”

As Company “A” is wounded up, the loan of Company “A” from “B” is paid in installments of Rs. 2000 by Company “C” from 01.03.2011

Company “C” is owned by “Jill” one of the owner of Company “A”

Now the requirement is repayment of loan, should not affect the financials of Company “C”
How?

I am a PCC student and i appeared for GROUP -2 in MAY 2011 exam and i was having exemption in INCOME TAX Paper - 5 and in this result i secured 62 in Costing paper - 4 and 20 in info-sm Paper-6...
So my question is whether i can claim exemption in Costing FM paper - 4 along with Income Tax paper - 5??? And have to give only single paper of Info SM in next attempt???
