I got 169 marks in PCC second group. Now I have to clear first group. Does I have to score 150 minimum pass marks or can I get the benefit of excess 19 marks scored this time to make my total of 300 marks.

No, You have to score minimum 150 marks in the next examination.Set off only works when u appear for both groups and in one group u score i.e. 169 and in other group u score say 131 then u will be passed by set off.
In individual Groups this 19 marks will not be carried forward.
