I HAD PURCHASED FLAT IN 10/2010 AND PAID Rs. 1.35 LACS TOWARDS REGISTRATION CHARGES. POSSESSION WAS TAKEN ON 03/11. THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING ALL CHARGES IS Rs. 22 LACS. I HAD NOT INCLUDED THE LEGAL CHARGES OF THE ADVOCATE WHICH IS ABOUT Rs. 6000/-. FOR WHICH IN NAVE NO RECEIPT. THE FLAT WAS SOLD ON 05/11 FOR Rs. 33.50 LACS. NOW I HAVE BOOKED A FLAT WHICH IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. HOW MUCH CAPITAL GAINS TAX I HAVE TO PAY ? I WILL BE OBLIGED IF A DETAILED CALCULATION IS POSTED.
