hey can any one please tell me that in written test of L & T ,what type of question they can asked ?

I face the L & T written test in mumbai when i go to the campus in Feb 2010. As i experieneced, in L & T test only 36 or 40 questions asked in a interview but it purely relates to your IQ and based on pictoric figues.You have been given 8 choices and based on yoor IQ u have to Choose 1 right answer.This test is not based on GK, Reasoning or Maths.
One good thing is that how to solve this kind of Questions is firstly explained by the L & T HR people
