Can anyone suggest me a good accounts book to refer for my IPCC which has explained accounts in a very logical way?

A company has not followed the accounting standards.Auditors suggested to finalise the accounts after complying with relevant accounting standards.suggest any way to finalise accounts without change in this stage?
Please ans this question.

Or is it that we can just follow the study material give the institute.....also as I have not joined any classes for the same

I am working as a Team Leader in an MNC bank in Chennai. I did My Executive post graduate diploma in a Business School. Now I would like to do a CWA without leaving my job. How difficult to do my CWA while working in a MNC bank. Do we have weekend classes in pursue my studies?

If you think it is achievable, then please advise me with some tips.

have done M.Com. wanna giv Net( exams), Suggest me some books to prepare for it.

in regard with the application of transfer i have following queries.... pls help.....

1.how many times a transfer can be taken in articleship period, is there any limit ???

2. what are the supportive documents to be shown along with the application if you are taking transfer on the basis crossing 60 km area......does you have to show your resident proof like electricity bills etc.

3. if transfer is taken on basis illness then while furnishing govt. hospital certificate, does we have to show some leave also, does it specified by institute?
does it cause to the extension of training period.

4. any other suggestion is most welcome.

Currently Iam in second year of my articleship. I want to take transfer from my CA.because my family is not allowing late working hours & i need time for studies. my attempt is nov 2012.I want to know that if I will get consent letter of CA for transfer then also I have to take permission of ICAI for Termination of articleship ?Its urgent plz reply it soon.

1.If an employee has gone for a foreign business tour, the business related expenses incurred by him in his foreign tour is paid by him through his credit card. Later the same is reimbursed to him by the company in INR So will such Expense be disclosed by the company in its notes in Exp incurred in foreign currency ? Pls guide on the same.
