A company has not followed the accounting standards.Auditors suggested to finalise the accounts after complying with relevant accounting standards.suggest any way to finalise accounts without change in this stage?

well the same is permissible but in the above mentioned case
the auditor will issue a Qualified Report that the following accounting standards have not been complied in the maintainance of accounts
