: land taken on lease
Dear Sir, I wanted to know, what would be the accounting treatment in the books of lessee when land has been taken on perpetual lease. i.e. lease term is not mentioned anywhere. then how do we show land in books of assessee ? do we amortise it over 99 years ? -
