I AM CHAITANYA INAMDAR. I AM GOING TO TAKE UP C.S IN DEC2012 . BUT I AM BIT CONFUSED ABOUT C.S. A AM CAME TO KNOW THAT ICSI COMMITTEE HAS CHANGED EXAM PATTERN OF C.S. LAST YEAR IT WAS THEORETICAL (WRITTING). BUT IN DEC 2012. IT WILL BE OMR (MULTIPLY CHOICE QUE.)AM I RIGHT ?. IF YES THEN PLZ ASSIST ME . HOW CAN FACE OMR PATTERN . HOW AM I PREPARE FOR THAT.

I have received a query letter from institute after submitting form no. 108.Letter was saying that "OTHER ACTIVITY PENDING CAN NOT TERMINATE (FORM 112)". I have registered for article ship on 10/04/2008 and my TYBCom exam was finished on 09/04/2008.I have not done any other course during article ship period.On calling to the ICAI help desk, I have been informed that, every students registered after 01/04/2008 are required to submit form 112.Do I need to submit form 112 even if I did not done any other course? Please suggest.

Is the prior consent of ICAI is requiered before filling and sending form-109, if the transfer is to be taken in the 1st yr of articleship??

in case of capital asset transfered by way of gift,cost of acquisition to previous owner should be indexed if on sale executed period is not exxeding 36 months from gift on receipt of first imstallment.
on the other hand other two installments received later for wich period from gift received to receipt of remaining transfer money exceeding 36 months

I am going to complete my 15 months practical training of ICSI in 15th december 2011. I want to know that what documents I should submit in the institute.

Also is it necessary to submit project report also. My CS said that there is no need to submit project report, because it covered under Quarterly Report. Please suggest me urgently.

Sir,
while doing role check in MCA website it is asking for mothers maiden name for the director to register the DSC. Though we give the correct name it is showing error as "name not matching with din application".
because of this we are not able file ROC returns.
Is there any other alternative to register the DSC with MCA or what is the solution for this problem.

if the company moa provide that :The Directors may decline to register any tranfer of shares not being fully paid shares to a person of whom they do not approved and may also decline to register any tranfer of shares on which the company has a lien.
so...there are possible way that the moa can be altered or not if not on what graound should we see?

My final attempt is due in may 2013 and i want to know whether i should take coaching for audit now or should i wait for few more months and as i want to take coaching of all subjects it will not be posssible to complete all classes if i dont start classes from now onwards?Is there any chances of change in course or amendments etc.
