Digital signature registration with mca

02 December 2011 Sir,
while doing role check in MCA website it is asking for mothers maiden name for the director to register the DSC. Though we give the correct name it is showing error as "name not matching with din application".
because of this we are not able file ROC returns.
Is there any other alternative to register the DSC with MCA or what is the solution for this problem.
We require your reply soon . Please Sir.

Please use Internet Explorer and enter correct name of the DIN holder and Fathers' name as per the DIN Application.

You can write any name in the mother's name field. This error is not related to mothers name.

Please check.
