So now can i appear in IPCC exam direct in Nov/Dec. 2012

I have already paid registration fee for CPT in March - 2012. So is it Refundable ?

good evening i am manju from here sir i want some information regarding directly enroll the ipcc course based on degree & post graduation so sir i want clarification because i have complited mcom & also registered cpt at last attempt(2011) but not written exam.
in case am i eligible for ipcc course can i get refund the amount registration fees of cpt ( RS. 6000) & what are all the procedure for apply of ipcc at november 2012 when will be register.
all things i want clarify

Iam going through articleship and has cleared 1st Group of IPCC ,now i Want to pursue LLB 3 Year Course. So I want to postpone my articleship for 3 years . Iam already completed 1 year of articleship . Kindly suggest me what procedure and formalities i need to follow.

I am Graduate in B.com (Commerce) with 54.65% Can i eligible to join ca without cpt... in the notification issued by the CA institute and govt i saw a rule that any fraction of half or more shall be rounded up to the next whole number pls reply me.......
