I have completed my Bcom in 2010 with 63%
So now can i appear in IPCC exam direct in Nov/Dec. 2012
I have already paid registration fee for CPT in March - 2012. So is it Refundable ?

I think, refundable process is not available in CPT.
I will suggest you to do register direct in IPCC.
