I've done my Post graduation in MBA finance from JNTU of Hyderabad now I want to do CA with out CPT is it possible to do. I have seen recent announcement on 02.08.2012 from ICAI. please give me clear clarification on 02.08.2012 amendment.

I Filed appeal against Demand u/s 143(3) and after that CIT had done Revision u/s 263 against AO and I got the Notice for Hearing of Appeal in which mention time and date Now my Question is that whether My Appeal is Cancelled due to Revision ?

Sir I am in 1st year of my articleship training.i want transfer in another firm.Please tell me full process of it,how much time consumes it and is there any requirment to obtain prior permission from institute before filling form 109 and am i have to specify reason to institute for transfer and can i join the other firm before permission

i have completed BSC with 50%, LLB with 57.5% and LLM 65% (P.G.) CAN I REGISTERED MYSELF DIRECT TO IPCC COURSE. PLEASE CONFIRM IT.
5 DAYS BEFORE, I APPLIED FOR CPT, I SEND MY APPLICATION FORM TO KANPUR, HOW CAN I RE-REGISTERED TO IPCC AND CAN I GET MY FEE BACK TO ME.
