as per the notification 1-CA(7)/145/2012 on August 1, 2012, the provisions relating to Direct Entry Scheme for Graduates/Post Graduates, etc.,

i have completed BSC with 50%, LLB with 57.5% and LLM 65% (P.G.) CAN I REGISTERED MYSELF DIRECT TO IPCC COURSE. PLEASE CONFIRM IT.
5 DAYS BEFORE, I APPLIED FOR CPT, I SEND MY APPLICATION FORM TO KANPUR, HOW CAN I RE-REGISTERED TO IPCC AND CAN I GET MY FEE BACK TO ME.

PLEASE REPLY ME IT IS URGENT.

05 August 2012 for the purpose o dir entry one has to score at least 55% in accounting, mlaw and economics at grad level.
once you pay any fees to ICAI it not refundable.
