One of the assessee has received incentive credit notes of Rs. 5 lacs for attaining sale target.
Now please advise me it should be put in credit side of trading a/c or I should put it in the credit side of p&l a/c as considering it as indirect income.

I am CWA final student. In June 2012 i appeared for stage IV examination. Unfortunately i have not cleared the examination because of very poor marks in Advanced financial accounting and reporting. Can any body give guidelines for preparing the examination and reference books. At present i am using Financial Reporting by M.P. Vijayakumar book.

If an assessee purchases depreciable assets exceeding Rs 20000 in cash, that expenditure would be disallowed by the income tax or not?
can we claim Depreciation on such assets?
If both of the above are disallowed,then what will be the effect at the time of sale of that asset(regarding ST/LT & COA)?
Please also provide us relevant section & case law (if any).

Sir, whether there is any notification that the ipcc passed CA final students can give their attempt after 2 years instead of 2 and a half years. If yes then provide me all information in this regards as soon as possible.

I am completed both group of ICWA intermediate on june 2012. please tell me which mode is better to study for ICWA final.I would like to write both group of final simultaneously.

i heard that now only one exam i have to give and get degree of b.com (3years) in one year only.
