.i've sent CC papers(didnt get certificate yet)
.completed sify test(got certificate)
.i had registered for CS executive before september 2009( so hope fully SIP not compulsory)

Now, what i've to fill in this section in application..
EXEMPTIONS GRANTED
COMPUTER TRAINING-yes/no/undergoing
SIP-yes/no/undergoing
CC CERTIFICATE-yes/no/undergoing

15 September 2012 a small correction sir..

meaning of my msg can be interpreted as ...i've tested you....

but, its not the case....

first i've mailed ICSI, they didnt reply.

then i've posted my query here, you've replied. then they've replied .
