I completed my i.t. training in july and till today i had not received cetificate from institute. due to this delay i am going late in articleship registration.
my franking on form is of 1st sep. so within 30 days i have to submit form and also have to register for gmcs training starting in october. for it last date is 25th sep.
so may i do like that submit articleship form without i.t. certificate and then whenever it will come i will send.
so please give expert advice very soon.

I have Applied for the verification of 3 paper of 2nd group of CA Final. I applied for verification mannual process i.e writing application for request and attach 300/ dd and send it via speed post but my result is not showing on website my roll No. for May 12,Appeared for 2nd group is 137086. As Website is showing that "RECORDS NOT FOUND".
Please help me....what to do now..

I have appeared for Inter both groups in June 2012 but i couldn't clear. Although i got an exemption in one subject in Inter Group 1.
How do i specify the exemption in the exam form? There are two columns in the form. One is exemption and the other for carry forward. I wanted to ask whether i need to fill both the columns or just the exemption column.

i heard that the ICSI has been planning to implement apprenticeship for 3years duration instead of 15 months as applicable currently. whether it is true ? if so then whether it will be applied prospectively or retrospectively.
