Articleship registration

14 September 2012 sir,
I completed my i.t. training in july and till today i had not received cetificate from institute. due to this delay i am going late in articleship registration.
my franking on form is of 1st sep. so within 30 days i have to submit form and also have to register for gmcs training starting in october. for it last date is 25th sep.
so may i do like that submit articleship form without i.t. certificate and then whenever it will come i will send.
so please give expert advice very soon.
its very urgent.

16 September 2012 you can submit the articleship form. And for ITT, you can go to the institute.May be it's not dispatched. So if still has not issued, then you can collect the same from institute.
