Hello sir,I have not yet received my articleship registration letter.I received a letter from the institute asking for registration for finals.As my finals are due in May,2015, I don't want to register for finals.Can you please help me out?

If Mr.A is a proprietor registered in DVAT & CST Act and after his death, we want his son to become the proprietor, what will be the procedure in DVAT & CST to do so. Mr.A had not made any will & had 2 sons & 1 daughter. Please advice what to do? whether to amend the registration or cancel & make a new one.

With due respect I would like to say that I had Registered myself for the CPT Examination to be held in December 2012 . I Filled the online examination form and got the transaction successfully Done. But mistakenly I forget to post the said form with the form, Because of which I didn"t get the Admit Card.So Please advice me what to do next. I do not want to skip this December Attempt.

sir is there any minimum mark which have to get in cpt or just 50% mark is sufficient.
