Sir i have registered for ipcc on25th sep 2012 on cpt basis can i convert this into direct entry scheme and what is the procedure for such conversion

I wanted to know the process of registering a company with ICAI for hiring CA Final year students for Internship?

What are the conditions that the company should fulfill for getting itself registered?

Is there any specific form that needs to be submittedto the ICAI?

i hav given two attempts of ipcc dat is in nov 2011 n may 2012.
bt still i hav not received my ipcc result of may attempt n certificate of passing ipcc.
