I have registered for ipcc on 25th september 2012 based on CPT. may i attend ipcc examination in may 2013

May i convert this cpt scheme to direct entry scheme . How much will it cost sir

What is the use to you by conversion. Now there is no benefit to you by conversion because of you already entered into IPCC.
The only benefit to you by conversion is you can start your articleship with out waiting for IPCC first group completion. And the fee would be Rs.500/-

If i want to attend ipcc in nov 2013 when i want to complete my ITT & orientation course before joining for articleship or while in articleship

Before joining into articleship you should complete both ITT and Orientation. Even though you converted to direct entry scheme this condition is applicable for joining into articleship.
