My articleship registration date is 6-2-2015.
I was ill on 11-10-2016. So I had call my principal for my leave on that day he gave the leave but on the other day said he said that you are acting give me the medical reports I also have him the medical certificate. But still he keep demanding the medical reports. My group 2 exams was also coming my third attempt for Ipcc group. My parents forced me stay at home from 18-10-2016. Which I also emailed to my principal. On 16-11-2016 I get back to the office on regular time at 10:00AM. He said that he had post the letter to the icai for transfer do your Enquiry at ICAI. I inquired at ICAI but they had not received the letter .Please suggest me what should I do.

Is there requirement of 9 months Articles for IPCC via Direct Entry for CA?

sir, we have started friends group fund since 2010. There are 10 members and contribution arw rs. 2000 per month. if somebody ned money, he applied loàn for 1% interest per month. we have open one saving account in the name of NAVAS MITRA MONDAL and pan is AOP. all money deposited and withdraal same a/c. Now we have cross 8 lakh our fund amount, 5 lakhs loan given to member and 3 lakh bank balance. In the group, signing authority are president, sceatary and accountant any two. why CA is not recognised by government

I started my articleship 21/04/2014 to 18/02/2015, in this period total leave taken 230 dayes Afterwards i agin start articleship 23/03/2015 to 28/03/2016 leave taken zero Again i start articleship 1/09 /2016 to till no leave My question is my final exam attempt may 2017 or nov 2017

I am Roshan Jha, IPCC student from nagpur registered under direct entry scheme ( DES ). My registration number is WRO-0581986. i am registered under CA Manoj Sharma mebership no. is 110013. i recently given IPCC november 2016 exam.Now i am get notice from ICAI ( Delhi ) is that your articleship is not complete of 9 months of training before November attempt. so you are not eligile for november exam & your result whould not be daclare. i start articleship from 6th feb.2016 and only 6 days short for 9 months. Mam i am already given ipcc nov.exam. please suggest me what i can do regarding that.

1. Documents to be uploaded like electricity bill, bank statement needs to be attested by director or it can be uploaded as it is??
2. If an organisation has office in 3 states then while registering for 1 state it also has to mention TIN nos. of other states also in business details??

I am a student of CA IPCC.I have take a leave of two-year from my studies because of some health problem.Now I want to continue my studies of CA course and give exam in May 2017.What further steps I have to take for it?

Sir kyaa aap letter format bata sakte hai aur procedure bhi, maine graduation complete kr liya hai par artcileship ka form fill up karne ke time marksheet nhi aaya tha to maine awaiting ka option select kiya tha aur icai se ek letter aaaya hai form no. 112 submit karne ke liye jabki mere pass present me graduation ki marksheet aa gyi hai aur form no. 112 bharne ki jarurat bhi nhi hai kyaa karu .... sir
