Transfer in Articleship

Hi there. I am a ca IPCC student(registered under direct entry) having completed 1 yr 10 months of article training .I want to transfer to my home city(more than 130 km from the current city) and undergo training there .Am I eligible to transfer?I have also obtained the consent of my principal regarding the same.

Consent of both ur Principal and ICAI is must for transfer. There must also b a valid reason for transfer.
