03 January 2017 I am in first year of articleship.. Want to take termination take termination because of family problems.. I requested my principle to give transfer bt he rejected.. And again I asked for termination.. She's not willing to give termination also... Am far away 150kms from village.. My parents saying that leave the course..because of many family problems.. Parents saying come near and do that course.. Nearest CA but my principle saying she'll not give termination.. Please suggest me if any procedure to get termination from my principle

03 January 2017 Write a letter to ICAI, requesting to look into the matter and solve your difficulty. Try to understand that "NO" from your CA principal seems to be out of her concern that you should NOT leave the course in between, since you have the capacity and potential......think over it.

03 January 2017 I had written letter to ICAI sir, But still no reply came... I am afraid if what my 1st year completes now... Only still 2017 January 29... My first year of articleship will be there

Write a REMINDER letter....(With a polite tone)

13 January 2017 I have convinced my ma'am again.. but ma'am saying she'll not give.. according to your suggestions...I had written letter to ICAI but no reply came from it .... only till 29th of

24 January 2017 Sir .... ICAI replied for my letter ... it is said that to give termination.... but ma'am saying that give me apologize letter .. saying that I have not informed ma'am of termination ... am getting mentally Harassment ... ma'am saying come after January .. saying that my articleship ends.. do whatever you want ... please suggest me ... what to do sir

24 January 2017 for a long term benefit, it is advisable to step back. You think over the whole issue and do not hesitate to do what your Principal is asking you to do. Do take advice of some senior person around you.
