02 January 2017 If, drawaing salary (Basic+DA+cash value of food concessions) is more than Rs. 15000/- then PF deduction is optional its not compulsory.

03 January 2017 It depends company policy, company can exempt if employee basic salary exceeds Rs.15000/- or restrict PF benefit upto Rs.15000/-
