I am pursuing my articleship 3 rd yeaar in mumbai, but i want to transfer my articleship, because of personal dispute between articles and principle, and i am told him my problem his partner son mis behavior and etc.and he listen my problem and promise me i will give you transfer after 2nd year and right now he ready to give me transfer.
i have lots of problem but i am unable to explain in deeply.
can i eligible for transfer of my articleship aforsaid case
if yes then tell me what procedure i will follow.

I have completed my articleship on paper but my principal is giving me extension according to the calculation, but if I go as per the regulation 60 of Chartered accountants regulations 1988 regarding the number of working hours and credit of excess working hours worked then I am not getting any extension coz I have lots of credit hours as I have worked overtime on almost regular basis...
Shall I consult to ICAI for this as legally I am not bound to serve extension.
Kindly guide me ASAP

Dear All, I have completed 1st group in CA final and I am writing gr2 now and then along with the job being the group ii is dynamic means changes will be there and due to my job pressure I am unable to focus on the subjects.
