Dear sir,
my friend joined in IPCC under direct entry scheme and now he is doing articleship in a small firm, and also completed 10 months of articleship,now he is going to attempt November 2013 IPCC exams,so now he want to terminate from that firm and take a break of 3 months that is from Sept-Nov.

If he take this period of break for ARTICLESHIP what will be the result from ICAI.

I have 58 marks in Accounts but only 26 marks in Law . I want to know if I am going for the rechecking of papers only for the purpose of getting exemption in Accounts then is it compulsory to have 40 or above marks in all the subjects ?

My qualification is M.Com, after completion of my PG I am joining in Legal indirect taxation Dept. as a senior assistant I have 1 year experience in Legal indirect taxation but I can't show the good exposure in indirect taxation.

Please suggest how can i improve in Indirect taxation & plz suggest any courses relating to indirect taxation.

i have cleared my CPT in June 2013.earlier i had decided to move to delhi for my ipcc course,but due to some reasons i am not able to do there for 1 year.though i have decided to take admission in ipcc and study from the materials sent by icai and after 1 year when i'll shift to delhi then i'll take my ipcc classess there.

So,i wanted to know whether this is a good idea.

hi, i m a CA FINAL student.i had been giving exam of 2nd group for the last 3 attempts but could not clear.this time i have lost all hopes..but still wanted to give a last try. i wanted to ask u that will it be possible for me to prepare for both first and second grp together in just 3 months and how??? i will also like to tell...at present i am doing ACCOUNTS and SFM classes ,and i have still not prepared audit and law...so can it be possible to manage all this together along with the second group?? please sir please do reply...

plz frnds suggest me wt i will do?

in my 1 st attemt i got 137 marks in 1st group and fail in all subjects.

2 nd time 58 in fm and fail in all subjects(total =140)

may13 48 in acc. , 47 in fm, 20 in audit , 35 in law (total= 145). i lso gave 2 nd grp this time and got 45 in costing and fail in all subjects due to prepareation is not done in 2 nd grp.

after giving exam i join a firm for taking practical experience and in these days not studing due to work .

frnds wt can i do ? my confidence become loose very much my study is not going .iam very frusted sometime i think that i wnt to do suicide.

plz plz plz ... suggest me can i leave ca final or job or continue both.

also suggest me how to handle theory subjects bcz my theory subjects is very poor.
