Sir, I have been registered under a CA as an article assistant since the last 6 mts, I don't find the atmosphere there comfortable, can I get a transfer to another practicing CA in the same town. Pls guide me.

what is the procedure needed for transfer for industrial training and
what are documents and letters needed from present CA for it and the time limit for it? I AM JOINING FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING FROM 18TH AUGUST,2013. please help!!!
