Currently i am doing articleship training in a ca firm..Now my principal has resigned from the firm..so can i take transfer in some other firm? if yes? den specify the procedures

i want to know How many article trainee one firm can take at a time. in our firm has branches all over india approx.12 partner and approx. 10 paid ca. assistant. in chennai they have only one partner. i pursue article training in chennai branch. but in chennai branch partner ACA from december 2012.onward,in this regard my question is how many article they can recrute in chennai branch. inspite of all i consulted with icai chennai branch. they told me you chennai branch ca. can take only one article up to 3 years after that he can take 2 article up to 5 years. this is my querry, please quide me because in our firm we have more than two article...

I have completed my 3 years article ship in the year 1992 from Mumbai. I have also renewed my Certificate for appearance in intermediate, for both Group in the year 1993, but unfortunately no group had been cleared by me. Now ones again I want to pursue the course, So I just want to know how I can appear in intermediate both group & what is the procedure. What is the benefit of 3 years article ship which I have already completed. I request you kindly suggest me procedure as early as possible.

My query is regarding EDP and PDP to be undergone during CS course.

I registered myself in August 2009 and am not sure whether EDP and PDP is compulsory for me. As per the training structure of the institute, it says that EDP and PDP is compulsory for students registered on or after 1.09.2009.

I need a confirmation on the above.
