sir i started my article ship on 30-09-2013 and took transfer on 08-04-2014 with leave of 82 days.
now i have a query that will my articleship will extend automatically due to excess leave?when will my articleship end?or these excess leaves can be adjusted from working under new employer

I have registered for article ship in aug 2013 and thereafter registered for ca final examination. Now my final attempt is due in may 2016. but according to new eligibility criteria can i give it in nov 2015.

Hi experts, can any one tell me after finishing two years of articleship, can i take break for coaching a period of 9 months, after that break can i join in industrial training or else i have to join immediately.

I gone through all tha Rules & Regulation of The ICAI regading leave allowed to article, but I not understand the max 35 hours in week criteria is over an above 35 hours if any article work can he/she claim leave for extra hours he/she work and how much leave he/she claim??

Ex:
1. Article work 52 hours a week (excluding lunch time)
2. He taken leave of 220 days
Article period of 3 years
In this case how leave is to be calculated??

I registered in IPCC direct entry scheme as on 31st March 14 and got the study material for two group on the same dated. But not fully aware about the classes/procedure /terms/conditions/ or any further task which i need to take care. I have only little bit heard that there is some article training and two more course like orientation and ITT which i hv to undergo. but how?

Pls guide me, so that i can at least start my study

please suggest me whether i should get overall exposure that means joining in mid size firms or shall i go with big4 firms

Hi every one...
Here i have a query on Forward Contract.

I am an importer where i imported some materials for 10000 USD through LC and entered a Forward Contract with bank.
Now i have the exchange rate like this, date of inception 1.4.2014 (spot rate) 1 USD = INR 60, I am assuming that the INR value may depreciate to 62 and entering into a forward contract (1.10.2014 @ 62/USD)

I need to solve this through the formula. please help me in a detailed manner.
