i had joined in a firm on 12th of march 2014
but as i dont know that there is a provision to register for articles in a month from joining i had not registered till now . Is there any problem if i register on 15th of this month(i.e. three days after due date)

No there is no problem. But u have to mention the date on which u wana register.
