IF THE COMPANY IS REGISTERED UNDER PF & ESI ACT

11 April 2014 It is not necessary that the co. is a Pvt Ltd or Public Ltd. It depends on the rules of the Company that it Provides Leave salary or not.

PF & ESI does not affect Leave Pay.

11 April 2014 It is not necessary that u will get the money. Fist inquire that there is any provision for Leave pay in the company. If the answer is yes then only u will receive ur leave pay, otherwise not.
