i am undergoing my articleship from delhi and now due to some health issue i want to take transfer to my hometown karnal(haryana) and my training period is 1 year 5 months please tell me can i tKe the transfer??

for that on plain paper u need to make application and need to attach supportings on what basis u seeking transfer as ur in ur 2nd year of training and then only when icai allows u transfer on paper then u file form 109.
