I got a message stating that the CA final attempt can be given 12 months before completing the articles.Can this be believed??

still officially icai havent clearifed on this issue so wait for some days.

please note there is no such proposal. the icai website continues to carry an old post which is applicable only to PE-2 students. for IPCC direct entry and cpt it is allowed only after completion of 2.5 years.
